You can purchase this membership for $7.99 a month. (Less than that Starbucks drink you’ve been saying you need to cut back on!)

This membership plan includes everything you will find in the Basic Membership + a library of over a hundred workouts for you to use whenever you like! (as well as anyone in your household.) You can purchase this as a annual subscription for $179.90 (only $15 a month!!) or you can purchase for $35 a month if you aren’t ready to commit to a full year yet.

How it works
Curious what it means to join a virtual gym? Let me explain…
step 1- Select your membership
Already enjoy your own workouts at home? Select our Basic Membership, use your own workouts and grow your community. Need help with workouts? Select our Advanced Membership and use our library of 100+ workouts for you (and anyone in your household.)
Step 2- Join our private Facebook Community
Once you have selected and paid for your membership, you will be added to our private Facebook community, where you will be able to access our meal plans, recipes, ebooks, goal setting printables, Zoom link, monthly challenges and more. Don’t have a Facebook? No worries! Let us know and we will get you set up with all of the same goodies.
Step 3- Start working out with others
Now that you are in our private Facebook community, find the Zoom link and instructions on how to join. Decide when you are going to workout, what workout you want to try and get going! Maybe post in our Facebook group and see if anyone else would like to workout with you.
Step 4-Join our next challenge
We will be posting monthly challenges in our Facebook group. Make sure you check-in regularly and use our challenges to hold yourself accountable. There will be fun prizes for our winners each month.
Step 5-Submit your personal health coaching questions to be selected for ‘hot seat health coaching’
Want to work with a health coach, but maybe you aren’t ready to invest your time and money? Submit your personal health coaching questions and we will answer them on our monthly Hot Seat Health Coaching call.
